Return Policies

**Please Note: Until the final booklist for the Fall 2010 semester is published on August 23rd, all textbook sales are final. Coursepacks are always final sale. It is recommended that you go to class for direction before purchasing texts to verify the particular text used for the course. ***

After August 23rd Return Policy:
New books:

You may return your book for full credit if you meet the following criteria:

Cash register receipt and 14 days from the date of purchase, or: 

• Last day for refunds for Fall semester is September 30. (whichever comes first) 
• Last day for refunds for Winter semester is January 30. (whichever comes first) 
• Last day for refunds for 1st Summer semester is May 26. (whichever comes first)  
• Last day for refunds for 2nd Summer semester is July 23. (whichever comes first)

Textbooks purchased after these dates are not returnable. Please note that returned textbooks for the 2nd Summer semester must be included in the booklist

Used Books:
Cash register receipt: 7 days from the date of purchase.

Resalable:
Books must be in resalable condition. That means no marks, dog-ears, underlining, pencil marks, etc.

Software:
14 days from receipt date. Shrink wrapping must not be broken.

Coursepacks, novels, headphones, labcoats, caculators, goods - with shrinkwrap removed:
