Lost Your Card?

To Report a Lost Card
Notify the Campus Card office at www.ufv.ca/Campus_Card/Contact_Us.htm or contact Campus Security by calling 1.855.239.7654. 

Lost cards are returned to either Security or the Campus Card office. Lost or found cards returned to Security will be forwarded to the card office. The card office will contact cardholders and advise where they can pick up their card. Unclaimed cards will be destroyed after a two week holding period. Print and photocopying monies (on the chip) cannot be replaced.

Still Can't Find Your Card?
Replacement cards are available from the Campus Card office located in building B, room 239, a $10.00 replacement fee applies (prices subject to change).
