Replacement Cards

Lost or Stolen Cards
Notify the Campus Card office at www.ufv.ca/Campus_Card/Contact_Us.htm or contact Campus Security by calling 1.855.239.7654. Print and photocopying monies (on the chip) cannot be replaced. A $10.00 card replacement fee applies (prices subject to change).

Damaged Cards
If your card is damaged due to card holder handling, a $10.00 card replacement fee applies (prices subject to change).

Defective Cards
Any defective card will be replaced free of charge.
