In person
Register in person for any UFV Continuing Studies course at any UFV centre (except Agassiz and Marshall Rd centre) or have a friend register for you.
By phone
Visa, Mastercard, & American Express holders may register for Continuing Studies courses by calling 1-888-823-8734.
By mail
Complete the registration form below and attach the correct payment. Mail it to the attention of Admissions and Records , or drop it off at any UFV campus .
By fax
Use your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express and the registration form on this page and fax to 604-826-0681 or 604-792-2814.
Note: To register for a course, please use the "Continuing Studies Registration" form below (no other application form required). If you are applying for a certificate program, you will also need to complete the general UFV application by clicking on the "UFV General Application for Admission" below.

Refunds
Full refunds, less any administration fee, are available for all UFV Continuing Studies courses, if applied for before the second session of the class. For courses completed in one session or held on one weekend, refunds must be requested at least two working days prior to the day the course starts. Present your UFV receipt(s) at any UFV Admissions and Records office. (Some programs require a deposit, which is non-refundable.)
Course cancellations
UFV Continuing Studies reserves the right to cancel any course if enrollment is too low. If a course is cancelled, everyone will be notified by phone and receive a full refund.

Financial aid
For information about financial aid, please contact UFV Student Services at either the Abbotsford or Chilliwack campuses.
Minimum age
Students must be 15 years or older to register for UFV Continuing Studies courses unless otherwise stated.
Please note: UFV Continuing Studies courses and programs are not included in the tuition-free category for seniors.
