New Features in the Fact Book 2008/09 are an expanded section on student demographics and GIS maps of where UFV students come from.

The 2008/089 UFV Fact Book utilizes data derived from the provincial Central Data Warehouse (CDW). Using standardized definitions, the CDW stores data from all British Columbia public post-secondary colleges, university-colleges, special purpose universities, and institutes. Please note that Fact Books archived before 2005/06 used a different methodology and sourced the internal student record system. Consequently, these archives are no longer directly comparable to the current 2008/09 edition.
