Standard Exhibitor Option ($400 + HST)
Register today and receive an early bird discount of 10% off the standard package (ends on January 28, 2012).

Not-for-Profit
Are you a Not-for-Profit organization? Please contact So Jeon for pricing and space availability. To qualify for Not-for-Profit pricing, organizations must provide their CRA Charity Registration Number.
Registration
You can now register for the UFV Career Fair 2012 through CareerLink.
For organizations that already have a CareerLink profile, feel free to login and click on the 2012 Career Fair Exhibitor Registration link located on CareerLink home page. Fill out the registration form and the Career Centre will be in touch within three to five business days to arrange for payment.
If this is your organization's first time working with the UFV Career Centre please follow the steps listed below to create an account and register for the Career Fair in CareerLink.
- Register for an account. (please note that the user creates their own password)
- You will receive a welcome/confirmation e-mail of your registration once your account has been approved. This e-mail will contain your username and password
- Once you have received the confirmation e-mail login to CareerLink using your e-mail address and password.
- Click on the "2012 Career Fair Exhibitor Registration" link located under the short cuts menu of your CareerLink home page.
- Select a package and complete the registration form.
- Click "Submit." The Career Centre will contact you within three to five business days to arrange for payment.
The Career Centre would also be happy to help new organizations who may require extra assistance in creating a CareerLink profile. To access this option please contact us directly.
Event Details
Exhibitor Space
We will provide an 8' x 10' space with 2' x 6' skirted table and 2 chairs. You will have an access to wireless internet during the event. Electricity will be provided at an additional cost of $75 (must pre-register).
Marketing
Enjoy the pre and at-event marketing as you will be featured in on and off-campus advertisements, including print media, program guides, website and email blasts.
Food
We invite you to join us at the VIP Opening Reception from 12 noon to 1:30pm before the Career Fair.
If you are unable to leave your booth during the fair, we will have volunteers on hand if you wish to have refreshments brought to your booth.
Shipping and Receiving
Shipping expenses and other services are not included in the UFV Career Fair 2012 exhibitor package, and are the sole responsibility of exhibitors. The shipping items will be accepted until Monday, March 5th, as they will then be trasferred to the Career Fair site. When shipping items, please address to:

After the fair, if you want to ship the materials to another event, or to return them to your company, please provide us with the following details:
- Name of the carrier
- Your account number
- A completed waybill (if possible)
Parking
The standard exhbitor package includes 1 free parking pass. As the parking spaces are highly limited on campus, please consider carpooling with your colleagues on the day of the event. For more information on parking, including the fees, please vist the website here.
