Your official email address is firstname.lastname@ufv.ca . This is the address that will appear when people respond to your emails.
Email signature
Your email signature is the information that is automatically (or at your prompt) inserted at the bottom of every email you send.
Here is a suggested basic structure:

Branded email signature
This is an email footer banner that you can apply to your outgoing emails as part of your signature. Note that it depends on the settings of the recipient's computer whether or not they will be able to view it. Don't know how to add it to your email signature? See below.
How to set up your Signature in Outlook:
Outlook instructions:
- Open a new message
- In the ribbon click on the "Signature" icon
- Choose, "Signatures..." from the drop down arrow. It will open up an editing panel.
- Select "New"
- Input a name for your new signature. Click "Ok"
- In the edit panel input your signature information, as indicated above
- Choose from the dropdown selections at the top right of the edit window whether this should be applied to new emails and replies and forwards.
- Click "Ok"
- Add your signature from the ribbon icon to your email.
