Parking passes
The UFV rebrand coincided with a change in our parking management (to Impark) and thus parking passes. Employees are required to renew their pay parking permit for September. An online permit registration form that is now ready to go for permanent and temporary employees (on salary). To provide a more secure environment, it is only accessible via the MyUFV web portal (under the "Employee Services" Tab). Employees wishing to access the online secure form can visit my http://my.ufv.ca and log in.
Employees who have completed the online form before Tues, Sept 2, will have their licence plate number(s) recorded and will be permitted to park in employee lots without ticketing.
New UFV hanging tags will be mailed out from Impark to your mailing address within a few business days. The permits (once received) must be visibly displayed from the rearview mirror. Employees are now able to register two vehicles under the one permit. The permit is now transferable between vehicles, but must be visibly displayed from the rearview mirror to be valid. Only one registered vehicle is permitted on site at one time. Permanent employees will receive a permit that expires at the end of August 2010.
