Thousands of people call in to UFV each day. If they don't get you on the first try, leave them with a message about our new status on your voicemail (desk and cell). Here's a basic script: 

"Hello, you’ve reached [name] in the [department name] department at University of the Fraser Valley. Please leave a message and I will respond as soon as I am able."
