Titles on business cards
Ordering business cards Business cards are produced by UFV Print Services. To order cards, if you have yet done so, simply open and complete this fillable PDF form and send it by email to printroom@ufv.ca . Alternatively, you can print it out, complete it, and send it via internal mail to the printroom. Given the size of a standard business card, space for information is relatively limited, so you may need to be selective in the information you choose to include. A special note to those working in international markets: you can enter the +1 country code if you wish.
Card orders will be reviewed by Print Services and/or the Purchasing team for consistency before they go to press. If you have any questions about the ordering process or the content of your business card, please contact the Print Room at 604-864-4682 or printroom@ufv.ca or the Purchasing department by sending inquires by phone to 604-854-4519 or via email to purchasing@ufv.ca.

Titles on business cards
Many faculty have been asking how to represent yourselves as you order your new UFV business cards. Historically, we have used the terms "instructor" or "university-college professor". Clearly the latter will no longer work, given our change in status, and we are not at liberty to use the term "professor" at this time. Please use one of the following structures for your title, as you prefer:
- Option 1: Name and degree on line 1. Dept or school name on line 2 (or lines 2 and 3 for longer department names)
- Option 2: Name and degree on line 1. The title "Faculty" on line 2 (not to be confused with "Faculty of xx"). Dept or school name on line 3.
- Option 3: Name and degree on line 1. "Instructor" on line 2. Dept or school name on line 3.
