Guest & Group Accommodation
General Information
The University of the Fraser Valley is proud to be able to offer guest / group accommodation services during the dates of May 15 - August 15. We have approx. 70 units that each have 2 separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has a desk, chair, night table and single, extra-long bed. The shared area in the unit has a microwave, mini-fridge, kitchen table, chairs, telephone and washroom (toilet & shower). There is a hardwired internet connection in each of the bedrooms. There also is a shared common room on all floors with comfortable couches, washroom (toilet & sink), and satellite TV; a study room with moveable tables and chairs; laundry rooms on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors; and a backyard patio. This is a non smoking building.
Residence Bedroom Bookings
Rooms are limited and will be booked on a first come, first serve basis. If an individual or group leader wishes to book a bedroom(s) please e-mail guesthousing@ufv.ca . Once all the information has been collected (ie: number of bedrooms, nights, hotel or hostel style etc.) an account will be set up in which the individual or group leader can pay online by credit card.
Residence Bedroom Types
There are two styles of bedrooms available:
- Hostel Style - $35.00 + HST a night
- Hotel Style - $50.00 + HST a night
(Hotel Style includes: pillows, blankets, linen, towels, shampoo, and soap)
Required Information when Booking
An official agreement form will be sent to the individual or group leader. In brief, the information that will be required is as follows: Client information, number of bedrooms to be reserved, number of nights and room type.
Additional Information
UFV Parking
Parking is available outside the residence building in Lot 10. If you wish to purchase an overnight parking pass for $5.00 a day, please contact guesthousing@ufv.ca to make arrangements for this.
UFV Gym Bookings
Gym bookings can be arranged through the Athletic Department. Please email athletics@ufv.ca
UFV On-Campus Rooms

UFV Food Services
Food services are only available on-campus during the weekdays during the months May - August from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm). If your group would like to make arrangements to have group meals (catering services) on the weekend or during the week, please contact catering@ufv.ca |
