New International Residents Early Move in: New international residents attending International Orientation with International Education Department can make arrangments to move in early on this date. Email residence@ufv.ca to make these arrangements

Residence Opens! All residents may move back in for Winter semester.

January 15, 2012

Student Loan Deferrals - payment is now due.

Applications open for upcoming Academic (September - January) Term and Spring/Summer Semesters (May - August).

April 30, 2012

Spring/Summer 2012 Residents: All fees are due.

July 31, 2012

Academic Year Residents: First installment payment is due.

Summer 2012 residents move-out day.

Academic Year 2012/2013 residents: New Student Move-In Day! New Residents must register for New Student Orientation and attend Residence Orientation the next day.Any student not attending the orientation must pay for moving in early.

September TBD, 2012

New Student Orientation Day! Residents meet at 8:30 am outside Baker House. The Resident Assistants will take them to Orientation.

Residence Orientation! All residents are invited to a community dinner followed by the Res 'O' event in B121. Fun begins at 6:00 pm.

September TBD, 2012

Official Move-In Day for returners and those that are not attending UFV New Student Orientation.

September 15, 2012

November 2011

Holiday Break Application Forms are available at Front Desk or online (There is a $200.00 charge for staying over the break). Please note that Contract Extension Forms and Holiday Break Applications Forms are due one week prior to the start of final exams.

November 30, 2011

Academic Year 2011/2012 Residents: Second installment of resident fees are due.

December 21, 2011

Residence closes for the holidays. All residents are required to leave unless their Holiday Break Application was granted.
