UFV Campus Card
Important card information to know: once you arrive at Baker House you will receive a temporary move-in card which is valid during the move-in period only. As soon as you move into Residence go directly to the Campus Card Office.
Before you go, make sure you bring;
your student number
a valid government issued ID such as a driver’s license, or passport your temporary move-in card (replacement fees for lost temporary move-in cards are payable to Resident Services and cost $25.00 each)
Baker House residents receive two cards; a UFV Campus Card and a Resident Card.
UFV Campus Card is your university ID, library card, building access card, Student Activity Centre membership card, validation for the Student Union Society U-PASS program, and laundry card.
Resident Card is used as residence ID, to sign out materials at the Residence front desk, and to print or photocopying on campus.
Monies can be added at the library card station, by the photocopiers, the Campus Card office, and the Bookstore cashier counter

To Report a Lost Card
Notify the Resident Services immediately at 604.557.4063, or contact Campus Security by calling 1.855.239.7654.
Print and photocopying monies (on the chip) cannot be replaced. Lost cards are returned to either Security or the Campus Card office. These offices will attempt to contact the cardholder and advise their card has been found, and where on campus they can pick it up. After two weeks unclaimed cards are destroyed and a $10.00 replacement fee
