Welcome to the Writing Centre at UFV!
The Writing Centre offers face to face one-on-one feedback on the writing that you are doing for your UFV courses. Centre instructors can assist you in understanding various writing assignments, such as research essays and reports, annotated bibliographies, literature reviews, lab reports, critical reviews, resumes, and application and cover letters. Centre instructors can assist you at various stages of your writing process with, for example, understanding your assignment requirements, narrowing topics, identifying research strategies, developing ideas, organizing material, drafting, and revising. Centre instructors do not proofread your written work; rather, they offer expert advice that you can apply to your writing.
