• All applicants must submit a UFV Application Form, along with a Application Form to the UFV Admissions & Records Office.
• Upon receipt of your application and fee and the Training Request Form below, we will receive an email offering you seat in the next available intake.  A $200 commitment fee is required to secure your seat.

Note:  To be eligible for apprenticeship training yo must be registered as an apprentice.  Visit the Industry Training Authority website for more information.  www.itabc.ca
