Apply online or in person

  • New applicants to UFV -apply online here
  • Previous applicants with UFV ID number – go to  myUFV to apply. Download an application formthen print and complete it.  Mail or bring it to UFV Admissions & Records

Include the following with your application

  • A non-refundable fee of $45.  You may pay by online banking or in person by cash, cheque or debit
  • Official high school transcripts - you can have your final secondary school grades sent directly to UFV

Review requirements 

  • Include all of the required documents

Wait for your Preliminary Letter of Acceptance

  • This should arrive approximately two weeks after receipt of your completed application and all required documents
  • Any missing information or documents will cause delay
  • The letter will outline the steps you need to take to receive your Official Letter of Acceptance

Pay your fees in full

  • As detailed in your Preliminary Letter of Acceptance to secure your seat at UFV and proceed with course registration
