Offering of a spring semester will depend on enrolment and budget. All dates listed for spring semester are tentative.
* Registration times are assigned according to registration priority policy. New students are given registration times based on order of application. Times for students continuing from the previous semester will be set in April or November.
** Deadlines with respect to fees and course withdrawal may be changed; please see the course timetables, published in March, May, and November for any revisions.
Convocation
As of 2000, UCFVs convocation is held the second Tuesday of June in either Abbotsford or Chilliwack. There are two ceremonies, to accommodate graduates in all the faculties. Students must normally apply to graduate by April 1. Please note, a fee for convocation/graduation may be instituted as of 2001. Check the Convocation webpage for details

Training.
Continuing Education
Classes start throughout the year. They are advertised in the CE program booklet which is delivered to homes in the college region in late August for the Fall semester and late December for the Winter semester. Registration dates are given in the CE booklet/website.
A refund is allowed before, but not after, the beginning of the second class. After instruction begins, no refund is permitted for general interest courses of fewer than two sessions.
