Tonight we will make Oven Roasted Tomato Soup garnished with homemade croutons, favourful Italian Minestrone, and show you how to make Crusty Italian Bread from
scratch that requires no kneading! This bread is amazing and is as beautiful as ones you would pay $5 for at a specialty bakery… and because it requires no kneading, you won’t believe how easy this is! Senegalese West African Cooking- NEW
A typical Senegalese dinner, comfort from West Africa’s west coast is sometimes spicy and always social. We will start with a salad and a traditional hot appetizer with a spicy sauce. In this course you will learn food handling, sanitation and work safety for front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers. This course is designed for foodservice owners, managers, kitchen managers, executive chefs, and others who are responsible for managing for food safety in foodservice establishments. The course includes a short review of FOODSAFE Level 1, and modules on Managing for Food Safety and Writing a Food Safety Plan. Exam is included on course fee.
