Building Maintenance for Property Managers
This course deals with effective management of the physical real property. Management systems, types of construction, blueprint reading, specification writing, life safety systems, contract management and the Construction Lien Act are examined.

Property Management I
Property Management I is the first course in a series of five core courses and two electives. This course explores careers in property management and the legal framework you will work within. We will also cover issues specific to residential property management including leases, marketing, tenant screening, tenant relations and lease enforcement. Issues related to strata and other fractional ownership of real estate will also be explored.
