UFV counsellors offer a variety of workshops and support groups throughout the year. Workshops provide a great opportunity to learn with others who are experiencing similar challenges. You are not alone! We offer workshops on:

Wellness/Support Groups
NEW: Mature Students Workshop Group. This 6 session free workshop series will help you in the transition to university as a mature student. Some topics to be covered: increasing study skills, minimizing stress, mastering group work and learning time management.
Wednesdays: February 15, 22, 29 and March 7, 14, 21.
