Self-Assessment Tools
Begin your exploration by checking out some useful career planning websites and resources. Try the self-assessments to help you gain a better understanding of your values, interests, skills and personality. Identify your skills and values with our career planning handouts.

‌UFV offers free career and life planning workshops for students and members of the community. These 2 hour workshops explore career and life options through self-assessments, exploring the world of work, decision-making and action steps.

Individual Appointments
