Orders:
To provide you with the best service, we request a minimum of 3 working days'
notice for small luncheons and breaks. A minimum of 5 working days' notice is
required for plate-served  and buffets dinners. Guaranteed numbers are to be
 provided no later than 3 working days prior to the event.

Please include these details when placing an order:
Date of event
Room of loaction
Room booking times
Time of delivery and time of clean up
Number of guests attending
University account number or alternating billing details
Your name, department, phone number, address
Choice of quantities required
Special deitary needs
Table seting requirements: linen tablecloths & napkins, candles,etc.

Confirmations:
After placing your order, you will recieve an itemized confirmation. Please review
it to be certian we have met your requirements.

Pricing:
All food and beverage prices outlined in this brochure are quoted at a per person 
price unless oterwise noted. These prices are subject to change to  Provincial Sales
Tax and Good & Services Tax, where applicable.

Waited Service:
Services and customers that require our certified wait staff will be charges at the rate
 of $10.00 per hour per attendant.(Minimum of 2 hours)

Pick Up Discounts:
Catering orders picked up from the UCFV Dining Room will recieve a 25% discount, valid
only through a university payment account. The host is responsible for returning all
carafes, dished and utensils that accompany "pick up order" within 24 ours. Catering
equipment not returned will be billed.

Changes & Cancellations:
Expenses occured due to late notice when guaranteeing numbers or incured due to late
cancellations will be billed to the customer.

Dining Room China service, $1.00 per person, Linen Napkins, $ 0.45 per person,
Linen Tablecloths, $ 4.00 per tablecloth
                   Linen Requirements must be placed no later than
                                    12 days prior to the event
