Chairs
Students that are provided with a chair through Disability Services are reminded that they must re-apply each semester to have a chair in place for their classes. Chairs are provided on a first-come first-serve basis. Upon a chair being arranged, students should check the backs of the placed chair to determine if there are special instructions.
Exam Accommodations
Students are reminded that exam accommodations should be scheduled as early as possible with Disability Services. If possible students should provide Disability Services 10 Business Days Notice (Monday through Friday) so scheduling of staff and rooms can take place. Last minute requests are often not possible due to scheduling difficulties.
Dean's List Changes
Students with a disability can now be considered for Dean's List status with a minimum of 9 credits per semester. The previous standard of a minimum of 15 credits per semester has been revised to allow for better access to this status for students that carry less than a full course load.Should you be a student with a disability and wish to be made eligible for the Dean's List, you must notify an Access Advisor so this change can be added.
