This survey is for practicum sites to provide information about themselves. At UFV we are very interested in continuing our strong ties to the community (in this case, the many communities in which we place our students). The information we are asking for is basic contact information and brief descriptions of the kind of work a Child and Youth Care student can expect to experience in each placement. It will allow students to explore the possibilities for thier practicum placements as they anticipate an appropriate placement for themselves.

All of the information you provide is optional. If there are portions you wish to skip for any reason, then that is just fine. We appreciate your information since it provides our students with valuable information about the Child and Youth Care field they are studying. Students are asked to not make direct contact with practicum sites unless they are directed to do so by faculty.
