Orientation date for ECE and CYC
ECE Certificate Program
The orientation has been set for MARCH 12th Monday at 7 P.M.. The orientation will be at the Chilliwack Campus......Room D235.
Interviews will follow from that same night from 8 - 10 p.m.
This orientation is a requirement for all students who have applied for the ECE Certificate Program. You are required to attend.
For those who have applied, an invitation will be sent to you. Please make sure that your address information is current on your student record.
This orientation meeting is for individuals to find out more about the ECE program. So everyone is welcome. Whether you just want to find out more before you apply, or you have applied and the orientation is the next step in the process.
There will be interviews after the orientation meeting and you can choose as to whether you would like to have your interview that night. For those that just come to receive information about the program may not be ready to be interviewed and that is fine.
We may schedule interviews after the orientationl.

BA in CYC program
The orientation
has been set for MARCH 28th Wednesday at 7 - 8 P.M. The orientation will be at the Abbotsford Campus.....Room B121.
If you have applied, this orientation is a requirement. If you cannot attend please contact the department.
For those who have applied, an invitation will be sent to you, just make sure that your address information is current on your student record.
This orientation meeting is for individuals to find out more about the CYC program. So everyone is welcome. Whether you just want to find out more before you apply, or you have applied and the orientation is the next step in the process.
We do not have interviews for the BACYC, just a questionnaire. This questionnaire is handed out at the orientation night. If you will not be able to attend please let the department know because the orientation is a requirement to be admitted.

Also make sure that you have applied by March 31st at the latest, that you have submitted your Letter of Intent and ordered your transcripts from another institution and submitted your questionnaire, 2 reference letters and resume. If you have done all that then you have a good chance to be admitted provided you meet the entrance requirements. You can look up the entrance requirements in the UFV calendar or
www.ufv.ca/ece click on "entrance requirements" and select CYC degree.
