Here are the upcoming start up dates for the ECE Certificate Progarms:


 Fall 2010    Chilliwack Part time   (Evenings) 5 semesters 
Fall 2011    Abbotsford Part time  (Evenings) 5 semesters
Winter 2012  Abbotsford   Full time  (daytime) 3 semesters

PLEASE NOTE:   WE ARE TRYING ECE PART-TIME PROGRAMMING TO MEET THE NEEDS OF WORKING STUDENTS.




ECE Orientation

THE NEXT ECE ORIENTATION IS SCHEDULED FOR
March 16th  Tuesday.
7 - 8 P.M.   ROOM D132   CHILLIWACK CAMPUS.
YOU CAN ATTEND IF YOU HAVE NOT APPLIED 
FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM CONTACT

MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE WORKING ON YOUR ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS OR YOU HAVE MET THE REQUIREMENTS.
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE A QUESTIONNAIRE AND LETTER OF INTENT.
ALSO, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AN INTERVIEW or ATTEND AN INTERVIEW THE NIGHT YOU ATTEND ON MARCH 16TH
THESE ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE ADMITTED.


The ECE Certificate Program is offered on the Chilliwack and Abbotsford campuses. 
Students are required to apply at least one year ahead of the program start.  This way they can prepare for any prerequisites that the program requires.   For example the English requirement.

Orientation sessions are held in the semester prior to the program start dates.  Students are required to attend an orientation session as well as interviews as part of the application process.  Contact the Department Assistant/Advisor at (604-854-4580) for the next available dates. 

The session is free and no registration is needed. All of your questions can be answered at this information session..

BACYC Orientation

THE NEXT ORIENTATION IS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 22ND, 2010
7 - 8 p.m.   Room B163  Abbotsford Campus
you will be asked to complete a questionnaire
This orientation is to receive information about the program.  
You are encouraged to ask questions.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION THIS YEAR IS MARCH 31, 2010 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

The CYC Degree Program is offered on the Abbotsford campus. And classes offered in the evenings.     Students are required to attend an orientation session as part of the application process. 

Check the current UFV Calendar for application information and program start dates.
Our program start date is every Fall semester (September).
We usually have our orientation/information meeting in January or February.    All who are interested in starting the BACYC need to apply one year ahead.    
Our application process opens October 1st for applicants to start in following September (Fall).    It is recommended to apply in October as our program application process closing dates vary from year to year.
