The Louden Singletree publishing agreement  

By submitting my work to the Louden Singletree, I am agreeing to the following terms:

1. I am eligible to submit my work based on my status as either a UFV current student, a member of the UFV Alumni society, a current staff member, or a current member of the faculty. 
2. The work submitted is original, created by me, and not previously published in any form.
3. I release to the Louden Singletree publishing rights for up to two printed releases, e.g. initial publishing and possibility of subsequent inclusion in an anthology. Copyright remains with the author/artist.
4. I consent to the use of my name, any brief biography I may provide and photograph in the Louden Singletree literary magazine.
5. I indemnify The Louden Singletree: that is, I grant immunity from any copyright that my work may infringe upon.
6. I understand that there is no compensation provided for work published apart from a sense of achievement and community involvement.
