JOB CLASSIFICATION AUDIT COMMITTEE
COMMITTEE OVERVIEW
The Job Classification Audit Committee (JCAC), a Committee represented by employees from both the FSA and the Employer, classifies permanent staff positions (Type A).
Classification is done using an approved 13 sub-factor rating plan which places positions on the staff pay scale based on factors such as education, experience, judgment, and complexity of work.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Employee Services provides employees with the following:
- Administrative support to help you and/or your supervisor prepare your job description, approved by your supervisor for the Committee
- Administrative support to the JCAC including minute taking and maintenance of job descriptions
