Faculty of Health Sciences Speaker Series — Dr. Sonya Grypma

Nursing, history and historical amnesia: A case for crossing disciplinary boundaries

Dr. Sonya Grypma, Dean of Trinity Western University School of Nursing

 Dr. Grypma will share her research on the topic of the history of nursing and in particular, the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration as illustrated in her work between nursing and history. A panel of faculty members and students will provide response and discussion.

This special event is being hosted collaboratively by Dr. Joanne MacLean, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Provost Eric Davis, and Dr. Jacqueline Nolte, Dean of the College of Arts.

All are welcome. The presentation will be followed by a reception.
