Research Opportunity - Your Experiences Working in Customer Service

You are invited to participate in a research project in the School of Business about your experiences working in customer service.
Who is invited to participate? Anyone who is currently working in a part-time or full-time customer service job in any organization.
What is required? You will participate in a 30 to 60 minute interview at the Abbotsford UFV campus. The interview will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you
Why should you participate? You will receive a $5 Tim Hortons gift card as a token of appreciation for your time. You will have the chance to share what it is like doing your job – the good and the bad. The information you share will be used to provide service organizations with advice about how to design better customer service jobs for people like you.
