To further compliment your meeting or event, we are happy to invite you to select and coordinate additional services from our list of self-serve services.

Dining Services
UFV provides complete food services at the Abbotsford and Chilliwack campuses, and at the Trades and Technology Centre at the Canada Education Park in Chilliwack. For menu and catering information go to Dining Services at UFV. 

Accommodation
The University of the Fraser Valley is proud to offer guest/group accommodation services from  May 15 - August 15. We have approximately 70 units with two seperate bedrooms. This is a non smoking building. See Guest & Group Accommodation at UFV Residence for more details.

Athletics Facilities
The Envision Athletics Centre is available for rent to the public. The facility houses two gymnasiums, a fitness centre, change rooms, and Casey’s on Campus (student lounge). The gymnasiums are scheduled for athletics, open gym times, intramurals, group fitness classes and UFV special events. Instructional Media Services (IMS)
If additional microphones or access to the A/V cabinet is required specifically in room B121 on the Abbotsford campus, contact IMS at 604-854-4546 prior to your event date.

Information Technology Services (ITS)
ITS will  support technology needs and issues when you arrive on campus. Visit Information Technology Services for contact information and hours of operation.
