AVAILABLE TO: A full-time UFV student (nine credits per semester) who is in the first, second or third year of studies, and plans to continue in an academic or career program.

CRITERIA:

• Preference given to applicants who have worked as carrier for a Black Press newspaper.  Must submit documentation proving employment with Black Press.
