GOVERNOR GENERAL'S MEDALS Governor General's Academic Collegiate Bronze Medal — is awarded to the student who achieves the highest academic standing upon graduation from a diploma-level, post-secondary program (minimum two year, full-time duration). The Governor General's Bronze medal will be awarded based on: 1. Final 15 UFV credits 2. Transfer and any repeated courses will not be considered. 3. If there is tie, the next highest graded course will be considered for each student until the tie is broken. Governor General’s Academic Silver Medal — is awarded to the undergraduate who achieves the highest academic standing upon graduation from a bachelor degree program. The Governor General's Silver medal will be awarded based on: 1. Final 30 upper level UFV credits 2. Transfer and any repeated courses will not be considrered. If there is a tie, the next highest graded course will be considered for each student until the tie is broken. Higher level courses break the tie over lower level courses.
