DEADLINE: May 10.
CRITERIA: - High academic achievement.
- Strong evidence of outstanding student leadership and/or effective involvement in community service programs.
- Letter describing interest and involvement in student leadership, and/or community service programs.
- Two letters of reference are required from persons qualified to support the application.
