Field Trips

The department emphasizes field work, and in addition to longer study tours, most courses arrange one or more in-class field trips per term.  Some are one day and local, but often require an extra hour or two outside class.  A few are overnight and can range throughout southwestern B.C.  For field trips outside of regular class time and scheduled for Fall 2010 click here now.  Brief descriptions and/or some photographs of recent field trips are arranged by course number, below.
