Geography 312 Field Trip

This trip takes students on a two day circuit of the lower mainland, up the Sea-to-Sky Highway and the Duffy Lake Road to Lillooet, thence to Cache Creek, and then back via the Fraser Canyon.  Topics investigated include First Nations traditional ecological knowledge, the production and commodification of nature, and the politics and culture of secondary and tertiary development in British Columbia.  These pix are from the Fall 2008 edition.
