Please note the following deadlines:
- April 23rd: last day to register for the conference. including the Saturday evening banquet;
- April 26th: last day to register online, however after April 23rd conference registrations will not include the Saturday evening banquet; and
- Registration for the conference will be accepted in person at the conference, however registration will not include the Saturday evening banquet.
