FITNESS CLASSES — BOOT CAMP STYLE


These classes include a mix of cardio (jog/walk/simple step moves/shuffles, etc.) with weights/pushups/abs/squats/lunges.
 

DATE:  Monday, Wednesday & Friday — Starting WEDNESDAY, SEPT 5
TIME:  1:10 PM — 1:50 PM
PLACE:  Abbotsford North Gym
INSTRUCTOR:  Colleen Moore

There will be no classes held for August. Classes will start back up with the regular schedule on September 5.

INSTRUCTOR:  Heather Therrien

Please note: The September 12 and 26 Chwk Fitness class will be a hike up Teapot Hill at Cultus Lake

There will not be a class on September 19
