Help centre Some students find different areas of English language instruction easier than others. To provide students with the opportunity to focus on the skills they find more challenging, the ESL Program at UFV provides a help centre and a language laboratory. The language laboratory uses computer-assisted instruction with various software programs that allow students to concentrate on specific or general skills.
