Help Desk Analyst / PC LAN Technicians

We are very pleased to announce Melania Popescu and Tracy Evans started working this fall with IT Services as permanent staff members of the Client Services team. Both have joined our ranks as Help Desk Analyst/PC LAN Technicians, bringing a wealth of knowledge and best practices.

Melania has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Windsor and has spent 8 years as a technical professional.

Tracy's experience is extensive, including  12 years at the post-secondary Justice Institute of BC (JIBC) as Client Support Analyst and Client Support Team Lead.
