Some users are having trouble using Outlook email from home. IT Services is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
Banner Self-service, WebFocus unavailable -Feb 16, 2014
Resolved Feb 16, 2014 11pm.
IT Services and the Oracle team are still working on restoring Banner services. Other services that may be affected are the BI Tool WebFocus, and FAST reporting.
Projected time of completion is 7AM on Monday, February 17.
