If your program must be approved by the Ministry of Advanced Education, the process is outlined below, and on their website.

Short programs are approved by the UFV board of Governors (through the Education Plan), but sometimes must be posted for comments on the Ministry website. Familiarize yourself with the external approval process with the following resources:
