International Student Early Move In: International students attending International Student Orientation may move in early at no extra charge. Please email residence@ufv.ca to arrange this early move-in.

Domestic student move in: all students attending UFV Fall and Early summer classes may move in.

Holiday Break Application Forms are available at Front Desk or online (There is a $200.00 charge for staying over the break). Please note that Contract Extension Forms and Holiday Break Applications Forms are due one week prior to the start of final exams.

Academic Year 2011/2012 Residents: Second installment of resident fees are due.
December 5 - 17, 2012
Examination period. Strict quiet hours are in effect.
December 21, 2012
Residence closes for the holidays. All residents are required to leave unless their Holiday Break Application was granted. Residence may leave their belongings in their rooms. All food service, Front Desk services, custodial and maintenance services are suspended during this period. Kitchen use, security and emergency services will remain available.
January 1, 2013
Academic 2013/14 residence applications open. All current residents wishing to live in Residence next year must re-apply.
Summer 2013 residence applications open. All current residents wishing to remain in Residence for the Summer must re-apply.
January 4, 2013
Residence re-opens from Holiday Break. Residents can return to Baker House. New residents for the WInter 2013 semester may move in on this day.
January 7, 2013
First day of classes.
January 15, 2013
Student Loan Deferrals - payment is now due.
February 11 - 16, 2013
Reading break: No classes during this period
April 15, 2013
Classes end.
April 17 - 27, 2013
Examination period: Residents must vacate residence 24 hours after their last exam, unless an extension has been granted. Strict quiet hours are in effect during exam period.
April 30, 2013
Residence closes. All residents who have not signed a new Residence Contract for Summer 2013 must vacate by noon.
