These volunteer positions provide great opportunities to learn leadership skills and to network with other student leaders, faculty, staff, and comminuty leaders. Learn more about opportunities to lead on the UFV Senate and Board of Governors (BOG).

You or someone you know could be part of the UFV Senate' and Board of Governors' annual elections.

What does the BOG do? The Board is responsible for the management, administration and control of the property, revenue, business and affairs of the University.

What does the Senate do? The Senate is responsible for policies concerning academic matters and advising the Board on policies of mutual interest.
