The Campus Planning Department has taken a lead role in Building Design in recent years.  Building C on the Abbotsford campus achieved silver quivalency in LEED Certified Buildings.  The new Student Union Building destined for the Abbotsford Campus as well is being designed to achieve Gold Equivalency (LEED).

On the new Chilliwack campus at the Canada Education Park, the new building being designed is likewise designed to achieve Gold Equivalency.
