Pre-Placement 
The first step in setting up your field placement is to complete and submit a BSW Field Placement Request form. In the following Pre- placement forms section you will find the request form along with the resume format, cover letter, and consent to a criminal record form. All eligible field placement students must complete and submit this information to the Field Education Coordinator in order continue with the field placement process.
