Submit a marketing request

FACE marketing approval process

For all marketing requests, please follow the steps below:

Consider your budget

Determine:

  • What type of marketing do you need?
  • How many copies needed? (if printed)
  • Is it within the budget?

Direct budget questions to your department head or to Laura Wiebe.

Develop

Fill out the marketing request form so we can process your request. Please allow two (2) business days for a response.

Draft

The Dean's office will collaborate with the Marketing department to create a draft version. Please allow up to 15 business days for the collaboration. Drafts will then be sent to the developer for review.

Approve & print

The final draft must be approved by the developer, the Marketing department, and the Dean's office. Printing requests for approved marketing materials shall be submitted by the Dean's office. Please allow up to five (5) business days for printing.

Please note:

It may take up to 4 weeks for completion from the time requested.

Marketing requests will be answered in the order they are received, however, any requests that are urgent in nature will take priority.
