RBC Arts Peer Mentor Program
Adjusting to university can be overwhelming!
Our valuable peer mentor program provides peer support to Arts students as they adjust to university life and academic expectations. This program also provides valuable leadership experience and workplace training to the students who become mentors.
How does the program work?
RBC Arts Peer Mentors are senior year Arts students dedicated to providing personalized, semester long, one on one support to 1st/2nd year Arts students who sign up to become peer mentees.
Mentors are not tutors
Mentors share their experiences and work with their mentees to find & utilize applicable campus resources, to get more involved on campus, to develop stronger and more effective time management, goal setting, and study techniques, and much more!
