Our online store lets you quickly find your course materials, general merchandise and gifts. Our online store operates out of both of our physical locations, in Chilliwack or Abbotsford, so no matter what you are studying, the Online Store will have your course information!

How Can I Find What I Need?

  1. Visit our website 
  2. Using the dropdown menus, as well as your course code, you can locate your class
    1. To look up your course codes and instructor:

                      i. Go to and look at your class list

                      ii. You will need to know your DEPARTMENT COURSE# SECTION# INSTRUCTOR NAME
                          (ex// POSC 311 AB1 Ron Dart)

     3. Pick your materials and complete your order

Picking Up?

Abbotsford Pick-Ups are available during Store Hours in front of aisle 1A

Chilliwack Pick-Ups are available during Store Hours at the main cash desk


Note: You will need the Order Number (700…….) and a pieced of Photo ID to pick up packages. If the order was placed under another person’s name, we may ask for further verification.

Need it shipped?

We are able to ship domestically, as well as internationally, if picking up isn't an option for you:

  • BC (Purolator): 2–4 business days $9.00 + tax
  • Western Canada (Purolator): 3-6 business days, $15.00 + tax
  • Eastern Canada (Purolator): 3–7 business days, $19.00 + tax
  • USA and international: shipping cost for USA and international destinations will be charged actual shipping cost up to $50 + tax

  • Shipping times can be negatively impacted by natural disasters and other factors that are out of our control. 
  • There is limited space for us to leave detailed shipping instructions.
  • Shipments to PO Boxes may take longer than 2 business days from processing as they must go through Canada Post.

Peak Periods

During the first few weeks of each semester, we experience high volumes of online orders. During this time our staff process orders as quickly as we can, but we do ask for your patience. If you have an inquiry, the answer may be in our FAQ section, otherwise please contact and we will help you as quickly as we are able.

Access codes are manually processed. Once your order has been processed by our staff you will recieve a follow up email with your access code information.
