Offering of a spring semester will depend on enrolment and budget. All dates listed for spring semester are tentative.
* Registration is by appointment. New students are given appointments based on order of application. Appointments for students continuing from the previous semester will be made in April or November.
** Deadlines with respect to fees and course withdrawal may be changed; please see the course timetable, published in May, for any revisions.
Convocation
(NEW:) Convocation
2000 will be on Tuesday, June 13 in Abbotsford.
The ceremonies, held in mid-June, occur in alternating years in Abbotsford and Chilliwack.
There are two ceremonies, to accommodate graduates in all the Faculties. Students must
normally apply to graduate by April 1. Also, a fee for
convocation/graduation may be instituted as of 2001.

Some programs are taught all year. Instruction is organized on an individual basis and students may start in either September or January as space allows. These programs are: Carpentry, Joinery, Parts and Warehousing, Auto Technician, Commercial Transport/ Heavy-Duty Technician, Welding.

All programs are subject to funding approval by the Ministry of Education, Skills and Training.
Continuing Education
Classes start throughout the year. They are advertised in the CE program booklet which is delivered to homes in the college region in late August for the Fall semester and late December for the Winter semester. Registration dates are given in the CE booklet.
A refund is allowed before, but not after, the beginning of the second class. After instruction begins, no refund is permitted for general interest courses of fewer than two sessions.
